Compass? Where Are You Heading

via No destiny without destination

“One day Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a Cheshire cat in a tree. Which road do I take? she asked. Where do you want to go? was his response. I don’t know, Alice answered. Then, said the cat, it doesn’t matter.” Lewis Carroll

Well, that would depend on what you are looking for, not just where, would it not? Continue reading “Compass? Where Are You Heading”

There is no destination without destiny and no destiny without a destination. Our destined departure date is not really in our sights more often than not…or at least until it begins to loom large in the consciousness. With that in mind the answer the cat gives to Alice at the crossroads is right. When you don’t know where you are going there is no point in mithering over which road to take. Happy New Year!

pexels-photo-754042.jpeg

Whichever part of the calendar you choose to celebrate the turn of the year we wish you all a resplendently wonderful, healthy and prosperous New Year!

We look to 2018 with gleeful expectancy. Yes, politically there are shifting sands but isn’t there always?  What the politicians tend to forget is that they are supposed to be serving the people, not the other way about so remember where the power really lies.

So to the gleeful expectancy. Well I have plans. All ways I have plans!  For a while now I have been looking at the option of holding retreats, not just in Scotland but in many places. We are looking at the Isle of Bute as one of the venues and also France, some lovely sun and sea for those of you who would like to bring partners we are looking at options to provide them and you some extracurricular diversions.

If you would like more information send us an email, info@spiralheart.co.uk.

Journey circles and storytelling will be up and running again soon. Personally I cannot wait to get everyone in circle again. Also we shall be taking time to make ceremony in our favourite spot and these are open ceremonies, all we ask is that you come in respect and with an open heart. Details of those will be posted on the Facebook pages.

The online courses and the eBooks are coming along nicely and will be out soon.

I have not made any resolutions for the New Year, I tend to make them as I go along. Figuring out what my goals will be for the short term. Smallest steps toward the whole.

So I will see you, I hope either in person or online. If you have any questions about anything we do please feel free to ask. You can find us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Be kind to yourselves and those in your life.

Be Well, Be Blessed, Be Loved.

Autumn: The Season of Completion

The last fruits of the year!

I was having a discussion the other day with a friend. We were discussing the Seasons of the year and which one we preferred. I had to have a think about it. I do have a soft spot for Spring…but then don’t we all?  Autumn though, Autumn is my favourite. Autumn is the Season of Completion. Continue reading “Autumn: The Season of Completion”
